Mia Badenhorst | Permanent Sub

Mia studied communication and languages at the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education in South Africa.
After graduating, she joined Golden Key International Honour Society as Regional Director and chartered chapters at eleven university campuses in South Africa over a period of seven years. She later worked in Student Affairs at the University of Pretoria, where she coordinated various leadership development programs for undergraduate students.
The Badenhorst family moved to the United States in 2018, and enrolled at Veritas in 2020. After being a stay-at-home mom for almost nine years, Mia joined the Veritas team as full-time sub and aide in 2021.
She and her husband, Andre, have two boys and they enjoy reading aloud as family and exploring the world in big and small ways. They are members of Grace Church, Pelham campus.
