Angela Hutcheson | Upper School Maths & Sciences
Angela joined the Veritas staff in the Upper School teaching Science and Math in 2019. While Angela considers herself a life-long learner, she graduated with a BS from Duke University (having studied Biology and Cultural Anthropology) and later with an MD from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed a residency in Dermatology at MUSC and a fellowship at Emory. Angela worked full-time as a physician until December 2017, and locum tenens after that. Angela enjoys a wide variety of interests, including teaching the Bible and music, and enjoying family, friends and nature. She and her husband, Kelby, have three children and are active members at Fellowship Greenville.
