Maddie Wortman | 2nd Grade

Maddie joined the VPS staff in 2022. She has a BA in Elementary Education from Anderson University. Prior to teaching at Veritas, she worked for Greenville County Schools for six years and taught both second and third grades. Maddie is married to Stephen, and they are expecting their first baby in September of this year! Their family attends Downtown Presbyterian Church, and she and her husband enjoy serving with the middle school youth group. She loves anything regarding horses, playing tennis, reading, “Office” marathons, and hanging out with family and friends here in Greenville!
