Katie is very excited to join the Veritas staff. Her family has been a part of the Veritas family since moving to Greenville in 2022. She has a BA from Oklahoma Baptist University and received her teaching license from East Carolina University. She has experience teaching middle schoolers with special needs, first graders, and international students online. She loves spending time with her four kids, Hallie, Jesse, Henry, and Judah. She and her husband were part of the launch team that planted Redeemer City Church where her husband is the Associate Pastor. She loves working with kids, making learning fun, and pointing children to their Maker. She wants each of her students to know and enjoy Jesus above all else. In addition to teaching, she loves hiking, dance parties with her kids and husband, trying new foods, reading, long road trips, and doing life with her church family.
